The MOC is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and decommissioning of universes in Reality. The schedules by which creation occurs is decided by the MOC's Council. Maintenance is handled by all members according to their ability. Decommissioning is a rare method used to remove universes that are highly incident-prone or void of content.
We occasionally work with other organizations who have escaped their own universes to maintain stability throughout Reality. The MOC never initiates first contact.

We are the first organization to gain access to all of Reality. Details are sketchy.
